1. In-App: This option is set on by default and cannot be disabled.

This option appears as a red badge on the top navigation bar in two places: the global notifications center and the area of CrossLead where the notification originates (Plans, Items).

The red badge also appears on the specific Plan or Item page where the notification originates. 

2. Email Notifications

This option includes instant emails and weekly digests. 

3. Browser

This option will prompt the browser to ask the user if they would like push notifications from CrossLead in order to receive alerts when the user is not actively viewing the CrossLead Platform.
