Becoming an Item Participant
Joining Items as a Participant can easily be done by selecting the "Join Item" option in the top right corner of any individual Item page.
Joining an Item as a Participant gives you the ability to edit the Plan that the Item supports, and the access to make edits to the Item's details.
Requesting Plan Edit Access
To join a Plan as an Editor, you must request access and be approved by the Plan Owner or by an existing Plan Editor. To request access to the Plan, go the Plan page and click the gear dropdown in the top right. Then, click "Request edit access". If you are approved as a Plan Editor, you will receive a notification.
Once you are approved as a Plan Editor, you will have the ability to edit linkages between Items within the Plan Hierarchy, re-prioritize Items in a list, and edit the Plan's details.
